Pessic:


  • 150 g sucre llustre

  • 75 g ametlla mòlta

  • 75 g ametlla torrada

  • 6 clares d'ou


Crema d'avellana:


  • 4 rovells d'ou

  • 250 mL llet

  • 40 g Maizena

  • 75 g d'avellanes

  • 75 g sucre

  • 125 g mantega
